Quality Management should ensure that work is conducted in line with what has been promised. The work in is three stages.
- Documentation of routines and working methods(through the process teams).
- Revision and checking of how routines and working methods are observed.
- Correction of all discrepancies in order to minimize the risk of repetition
Quality councils exist on the Group, company and depot level.
