Nobina Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark will be organised under the new business area, Nobina Kontrakt, along with the Swebus Express business area. At the same time, the central functions will be gathered in a leaner structure for increased coordination. This will also result in a surplus of about 30 employees.
"The organisational changes we are now implementing will increase resource efficiency and improve our ability to act jointly in all markets. Combined with significant cost savings, this will create a platform for improved profitability," says Ragnar Norbäck, CEO of Nobina AB.
