Nobina’s whistleblower service provides everyone with an opportunity to report suspicions of serious irregularities or misconduct, such as fraud, corruption or activities that may pose a serious threat to an individual’s life and health. The service is provided by an external party, Interaktiv Säkerhet AB. The external whistleblower service is outside of Nobina and you can choose to submit your report anonymously. The service fulfils the highest security requirements for encryption, data security and protection of the whistleblower’s identity.

You can report your observations by following the instructions in the application form. When the report has been submitted, you will receive a unique case number and a verification code. Keep these in a safe place. They offer you complete anonymity in further dialogue.

By reporting suspected irregularities, you are helping us to comply with our values.
Who can make a report
Everyone can make a report. You can be an employee, supplier, customer or a third party.
What can be reported
The whistleblower function is designed for notifying of serious irregularities or misconduct within Nobina’s operations that concern:
• Illegal activities.
• Economic crimes (such as false accounting, infringements of internal control procedures or embezzlement).
• Bribery or corruption.
• Conflict of interest.
• Serious threat to an individual’s life and health.
• Serious threat to Nobina’s vital interests.
The whistleblower function does not encompass, for example, bullying, alcohol or drug problems, minor workplace problems, or other matters that should be reported and dealt with by Nobina’s ordinary reporting channels.
If the case concerns individuals, it may only relate to individuals in key positions or with an executive role at Nobina. Any cases concerning other individuals must be handled through ordinary reporting channels.

How a report is processed
All reports received are immediately dealt with by the company Interaktiv Säkerhet, which acts as an external agent for Nobina’s whistleblower function.
As a whistleblower, you can choose to submit your report anonymously. If you choose to be anonymous, neither you nor your report can be traced. If you include your name in the submitted report, Interaktiv Säkerhet will immediately anonymize the document. This is to ensure that you remain anonymous in relation to Nobina. Interaktiv Säkerhet then conducts an initial assessment of the report to determine whether it is of such a nature that it may be handled by the whistleblower function. If Interaktiv Säkerhet decides the matter is such that it requires further action, the anonymized report is sent to Nobina, which then decides whether the case should be investigated further.
When you submit a report, it receives a unique case number together with a verification code. This information is then used if additional information is required or if you wish to receive feedback on the report.
Interaktiv Säkerhet is completely independent from Nobina and acts as an impartial partner in relation to the matter under consideration.
Telephone conversations with Interaktiv Säkerhet are completely confidential and are not recorded. Interaktiv Säkerhet does not register your IP address.
