We are protective of the personal data collected about you and ensure that it is stored and processed in a safe and secure manner, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data controller

Nobina is the data controller for the processing carried out by us or on our behalf. This means we determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, i.e. why we are processing your data and how we process it. You can read about how we process your personal data in our privacy policy below.

We only retain the information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose.

We rely on the legal basis of legitimate interest.

App center and application insights

When you use Ersätta we process your personal data with third party software App Center and Application Insights where we store your device’s unique ID and IP-address, manufacturer, model, OS and version and user-ID  to be able to track the applications usage and crash data.
The data is necessary in order to be able to develop and review Ersätta’s functionality in order to be able to resolve problems, review usage statistics and develop Ersätta's functionality.
We only retain the information for up to 90 days as necessary to fulfil the purpose.
We rely on the legal basis of legitimate interest.

Sharing personal data

We may share some personal data within the Nobina Group, with our clients, trade union organisations and employer organisations, external partners and advisors within and outside the EU/EEA, and with authorities or other recipients if so required by law, other regulations or official decisions.

If we use partners and suppliers outside the EU/EEA, we provide special safeguards, such as signed agreements that include the standard clauses for data transfer as adopted by the European Commission.

How we protect your personal data

We always protect personal data by using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Nobina has established processes, procedures and technical measures to proactively and reactively improve the level of security. All of these measures are designed to ensure that your personal data is managed securely and is not accessible to unauthorised individuals.

According to applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request register extracts, rectification and erasure of personal data.
