Ersätta (application) privacy policy

It is important to us that you trust that we respect your privacy and comply with applicable legislation when collecting and processing personal data.
We are protective of the personal data collected about you and ensure that it is stored and processed in a safe and secure manner, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data controller

Nobina is the data controller for the processing carried out by us or on our behalf. This means we determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, i.e. why we are processing your data and how we process it. Account and location

To use Ersätta, you need an active contract and an account. We will process your personal data in the form of a userID that can be traced back to you so we can identify you as a user and a driver. We also need to track your location in order to inform travelers and ensure that our traffic is delivered in due time and to the right place. We only track your location when you drive traffic for us and the driving assignment has begun, this is also applicable if the app is running in the background during the assignment.

We only retain the information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose.

We rely on the legal basis of legitimate interest.

 

App center and application insights

When you use Ersätta we process your personal data with third party software App Center and Application Insights where we store your device’s unique ID and IP-address, manufacturer, model, OS and version and user-ID  to be able to track the applications usage and crash data.
The data is necessary in order to be able to develop and review Ersätta’s functionality in order to be able to resolve problems, review usage statistics and develop Ersätta's functionality.
 
We only retain the information for up to 90 days as necessary to fulfil the purpose.
 
We rely on the legal basis of legitimate interest.

Sharing personal data

We may share some personal data within the Nobina Group, with our clients, trade union organisations and employer organisations, external partners and advisors within and outside the EU/EEA, and with authorities or other recipients if so required by law, other regulations or official decisions.

If we use partners and suppliers outside the EU/EEA, we provide special safeguards, such as signed agreements that include the standard clauses for data transfer as adopted by the European Commission.

How we protect your personal data

We always protect personal data by using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Nobina has established processes, procedures and technical measures to proactively and reactively improve the level of security. All of these measures are designed to ensure that your personal data is managed securely and is not accessible to unauthorised individuals.

Your rights

According to applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request register extracts, rectification and erasure of personal data. You also have the right to request restriction of our processing, request the right to data portability (when you have contributed information yourself), object to our processing and lodge a complaint with supervisory authorities. Certain rights are only applicable in some situations, for example if we are obliged by law to store certain information then we cannot erase such information. If you wish to exercise any of these rights or find out more about how we process your personal data, please contact us using the contact details above. In order to respond to your request, we must receive a personally signed request where you prove your identity. If you are of the opinion that our processing of your personal data is not in accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (former Swedish Data Protection Authority), which is the supervisory authority.

This privacy policy was updated on 16 June 2021 and may be amended. If we make material changes to the policy, we will inform you of this not later than 30 days before such amendment comes into force by publishing a new version on our website
