Nobina wins electric bus contract for MOVIA in Roskilde
Nobina has secured a new contract from MOVIA to develop and operate bus services in the Roskilde region of Denmark with a new traffic between Fredrikssund and Roskilde. The contract is part of MOVIA A19X and comprises 13 fully electric buses. The contract will commence in December 2022 and is worth a total of approximately DKK 260 million over its term of ten years. Thereafter, the contract includes a two-year extension option.
Nobina already has well-established operations in Roskilde and several contracts with Movia. This new contract will expand services, and places great importance on the environment and electrification of public transport.
