Nobina Care acquired TransEdu OY in Helsinki in September 2025. Today, TransEdu is one of the largest dedicated providers of service transport in Finland, with nearly 100 employees and 100 vehicles. The operations include service and school transport along with taxi training in the Helsinki region.
